We have been using Leaders New Milton for a number of years to look after our rental property. Being an absent landlord, they are our eyes and ears as to the goings on at the property and advising us immediately if there are any issues we need to be aware of so we can get them sorted. Emily is our go to person at the branch, she is friendly and very helpful and we are extremely thankful to her. So from our point of view, if you are looking to rent out your property, choose Leaders New Milton cos you couldn't ask for a better team. 👍

The New Milton office manages my property well and has a good relationship with the tenant resulting in a settled tenancy of over 10 years. Property visits are made regularly and findings are well presented. The Landlord Portal contains a useful database of property-specific information and also provides updates on changes to the rental legislation which is very helpful. One small concern I have is that Leaders are able to provide cover should a key member of staff in the local office leave the Company. A case in point was when the New Milton office Property Manager left the Company in 2018, it was difficult to contact anyone concerning my property for a period of about a month.PositiveQuality
