Well..any business is only as good as the staff that interact with the client...As a landlord I have found the staff at the New Milton branch, and in particular Emily (who if she left for a similar agency I would seriously consider moving my business to keep her "in charge" of my small portfolio) extremely professional and helpful. I am not sure how one quantifies good quality from the letting management point of view, and wrt good value, a bit of bartering is essential.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
