Stay clear

Don't bother, my sister rented a house for a year. The house docor when she moved in was poor, and although they said the carpets had been cleaned they were not. She painted and cleaned the carpets and told them there was a stain on the bedroom carpet. The grass in the garden was non existent in patches. When she left they charged her for grass seed and for cleaning the stain they they never bothered doing before she moved in. Absolute money grabbers.

I had a viewing for an apartment yesterday with Ryan (Legend) and I couldn't have asked for a better person, happy to help answer questions and maintaining professionalism whilst also having a great personality and sense of humour. Out of all the viewings I have been to in the past this was a brilliant experience, from start to (almost) finish. The whole application process has been so fast and I've been kept in the loop and updated on the situation which too is amazing. Such a great experience from Leaders.
