GoogleLeaders have usually been extremely responsive to maintenance queries. Abigail responded within the day, acknowledged and pointed me to the correct place to submit an issue and followed up the next day. (She also asked for this review as they're apparently having an in-house competition!!)

GoogleI have been a landlord with Leaders Ipswich for around 6 months and have been more than happy with the service I have received. I have used another letting agent before who did not have the expertise or organisation that comes with Leaders. I have dedicated property managers Lorraine & Gemma, who are always polite and efficient, couldn't ask for more from a letting agent!

Property manager Holly has been very helpful recently when our washing machine broke and followed up to check that the new one had been installed safely. No complaints!

GoogleAlthough we are still currently looking, Ryan has been extremely helpful and friendly. Very kind and highly knowledgeable. He was fantastic on ititial meeting, really taking an interest in my children and our family needs. He also seems to have a good relationship with the landlords.

Since I was travelling from far she was understanding of my circumstance and flexible with time. I would definitely recommend Leaders.

GoogleHannah was very helpful in regards to our references and speaking with the lettings Hub and Andrew was very helpful dealing with the landlord and our requests. Would highly recommend. Allyson was Amazing sitting with our landlord and discussing all of the options possible with our tenancy.
