GoogleLeaders are quite honestly the best agency in Ipswich (Hands Down!). I highly recommend their services. I would like to mention Amy in particular, as she has been an absolute god send throughout this moving process. Moving can be a massive hassle and Amy has made this process extremely easy for me. GoogleWhen its about rent/backgroundcheck/finalising the property /paying of bills/ they know how to contact you through emails/mails/letters/text messages. But when you have issues, they forget all means of communication and rely on just calling for which you should always be available otherwise you have missed your chance. 2 months and they couldnt replace my kitchen extractor fan. After multiple request they tell me that they are continuously in touch with the landlord but nothing seems to work. Now its Mid november and the heaters arent working. the average temprature is 4-5 degrees going as low as 0-1 Pathetic service

GoogleLeaders went above and beyond while purchasing a property they had listed. Very stressful time but leaders took control and sorted out all the parts that were beyond our control in order to get completed today. Many thanks to them and now the young family can now start to settle in ready for Christmas.

GoogleDo NOT do the No deposit option, it's basically a scam. Leaders were okay, not great, as property management; essential things like a faulty oven or leaky toilet were attended to quite quickly, but 'non essential' things like a hole in the window was never attended to (was there when I viewed the property, and was still there when I left 18 months later)

GoogleThe most awful estate agents anyone can ever deal with, they don't have tenants best interest, the landlords are their most important client and they will even try by all means to make sure the landlord keeps your deposit with unnecessary reasons. The Minuit you move in to one of their property, they treats you like a begged and when you move out, they make sure they squish you out of your deposit regardless of your good record or leaving the property in excellent condition. Rude staffs combine with. Many estate agents are like this but this one is a sad story so be warn people!

We have looked into your tenancy following your comments, and whilst we understand your frustrations, the landlord needed to sell the property and you were given due notice to vacate, which you refused. The costs that were deducted from your deposit were due to the court costs involved in possession of the property. In addition to this, some rent was owed from yourself. GoogleLeaders will get their handymen to repair landlords properties; ,they don't check f job s carried out. Since they are in control the rent income they would deduct "work" even though no work was carried out. When this was pointed out they choose not to response Edit At last the manager has agreed to refund the work not carried by the workman. I am pleased As a suggestion Leaders must try to ask the workman either to take a photo of the work done or get the tenant to acknowledge the work/repair is done and that he or she s satisfied with the result then payment can be paid. I am glad of the outcome. Will now change my review to 4 stars
