Well..... Leaders were a good letting agent but lately they only want your money! I had one of the best property managers ever! Got my repairs done quickly and didn’t worry about the costs etc but she left (Don’t blame her) and now it’s all gone down hill!!! I have been renting with Leaders since 2017 and I can say I will not be renting with them again! I have one of the cheapest landlords! There going to replace 1 piece of carpet on the stairs as it is only 3 years old!??? They even asked if I’m okay with that, I said no and they replied well the landlords not going to be replacing the carpet!!!! The carpet has/was never fitted properly and has now completely faded and nearly falling apart, Yet as the rest is fine there only going to replace 1 step!! With new carpet that won’t match!!!!

They were so helpful when I found a property in Ipswich. I had to move in first thing in the day so that the BT engineers and various other deliveries could arrive, and they were very friendly and accommodating. Update 11/05/2021. Have moved out of my house and I wanted to shout out Katrina for making the move out proceedure so painless. COVID19 resulted in the need to change 'Life Plans', a decision was made to rent out my property. I contacted Leaders and met with their representatives within a short space of time the property was advertised and prospective tenants were viewing the property - after three views an agreement was made and three weeks later I had moved out! .. Excellent support along the process. I have gone with a fully managed rental service so that my property is well looked after.
