Having privately rented in Ipswich for many years I can honestly say Leaders are the worst letting agent I have dealt with. All they are interested in is taking fees, they care little about maintenance issues and the property has been inspected once in over 18 months (after 3 months) which would not impress me if I were the landlord. Staff there are condescending and flummoxed when you can quote legal points in a conversation. Rent is increased without landlords knowledge as I discovered recently, and they will bully you into dining for fixed terms you don’t want. Avoid using.

I must have work with the majority, if not all of the agents at some stage or another and they are genuinely all great, professional people who pull out all the stops to meet your needs. GoogleI had a viewing Saturday and and Ryan was so amazing from start to finish. I can’t rate Leaders enough to be honest, every time I speak to them over the phone, via email or in person, they are just second to none! GoogleThis is our experience of the service we recueved and how underhand the management are. We applied for a rental property marketed for £950 pcm we viewed the house after a lot of pushing for an appointment. We liked the house filled in all the relevant application. We offered to pay a years rent in advance and we both work full time. We was told we were unsuccessful upon asking why we were told the landlord had selected another tenant. The following week we saw the house advertised again £100 less pcm. Upon phoning up again and requesting an answer to why we were told the landlord wanted a single tenant with no animals. Of course leaders try and play their input down. The moral of this is since to find out the house has been let to a family with a pet dog!!! The word hypocrite springs to mind. It's a case of if your face fits.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI've rented though Leaders for almost 4 years, but only the last year or so as a managed property. I was due a property inspection which was arranged by Abi. She was very accommodating, tailoring the time of the visit to fit in with my schedule. During the inspection I mentioned a few things related to general wear and tear. The next day, I received notification that Abi had raised the things I mentioned with their contractor who have already been in touch to arrange an appointment. Excellent service - I found Abi to be very personable and friendly - a credit to the leaders team!

GoogleI had an issue with my boiler breaking so called leaders in the morning when they opened and quickly got put through to my property manager Sarah. She was fantastic, so polite and friendly, got started on the issue straight away and have me two follow up calls that morning with updates of what would be happening. Chasing information is something I hate to have to do and she made it so that I never had to. GoogleSince having leaders as my agents I have had multiple property managers, all of which have been lovely. Recently I've been dealing with Glenda as my shower broke nearly 5 months ago. It has been a painful and stressful process to get it fixed, but each time I've spoken to Glenda she has made me feel at ease and completely understands and does all the leg work chasing and she has been a delight to speak to each time i call. :)

GoogleI've been with leaders for the past 8 years and they are all absolute brilliant also very helpful.. But I have to point out how wonderful, Vanessa Anderson who is the lettings manager to help me out with a recent issue in my flat. She send help straight away when I contacted her as she understood the severity of the problem. Vanessa even stayed at my flat while the work was carrying on because I had to go to work.. And that's what I call a great service!! I couldn't ask for a better lettings agents than leaders.. I truly appreciate your help and support as always!
