GoogleI have been a tenant with leaders for a few years and had mixed opinions on the agency. But have recently been discussing a potential let with Ryan in lettings. He's been brilliant really helpful and precise and is happy to discuss any questions or queries, honestly think he would make a brilliant property manager. So pleased with the property he found for us and thankful for his patience and understanding, hopefully this gets back to the big bosses.

GoogleOne year into the tenancy and it has been an absolute disappointment. Raising a formal complaint about their lack of service and absolute disrespect for tenants.

GoogleI have seen few reviews and i would agree to most of them when it comes to arranging a house for you. I was always delighted with proffesionalism and services given for the house i rented from leaders ipswich. Sale team and property management specially andrew was always on toes and help full. I would recommend you to choose leaders for all kind of tenency and rental property requirement, but ensure you have clear and precise discussion on process and charges before vaccating or checking out the house. GoogleI am so happy to have service from LEADERS and i am grateful from my tenancy. I love this house but my please is if you can inform my Landlord if my rent happened to be more then 600£ it will be hard for me to pay it because for this moment with every my next contract is more expensive but i want to stay long in this house that's why i care about it like my house! Thank you very much for the attention and the service!

YellDenied peaceful right to enjoyment and thrown out at the request of a neighbour
Rented a property with leader, and after paying there extortionate fees we moved in, a retired neighbour complained that I worked on my vechicles at reasonable times, to the poi t we were given notice. With fees moving and loss of work this set us back 2k. Nothing that was done at this property was illegal and hence leaders lied to us and told us they were selling, so when we said we would buy it was changed to sale to a family member and yet rented out the day after we left. Now against the data protection act they are giving out my personal details and new address so my old neighbours can harass me here. JSM was shut for a reason and these are there staff. Complete con artists who only post the reviews of happy landlords on my reputation, a service where the reviews are requested hence the list of happy landlords. None from the tenants that would describe the hurt involved in paying to be lied to and conned out of large amounts of money.
