Claiming and updating your office page
If you work at an estate agent office, you can claim its page on The Trusted Agent to check and update your details.
How to claim
- Go to /claim/, or click "Is this your office? Claim your page." at the bottom of your review page.
- Enter the email address we have on file for your office.
- If we have your office on file, we email you a private link. There is no password to remember. The link only works for your office, so please don't share it.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email trustedagent@kerfuffle.com from your work address and we'll help.
What you can update
From your private page you can send us:
- your brand name, number of offices and full address
- your main contact, position, office phone, mobile and email, and website
- which review sites you use, with links to your review pages
- awards you have won, with a link to the winners list
Our team checks every change before it goes live. Awards you add show as provided by the agent.
What you can't change
Review counts, ratings, scores, ranks and awards from The Trusted Agent come from the review data. You can't edit them directly. If a review platform is missing, tell us and we'll get it added. See How reviews are counted.
Verified badge
A Verified mark on a review page means the office or group has claimed its page on View Agents.
