Trusted Agent review pages
What it is
A review page for every estate and letting agent office and group that View Agents holds, built live from View Agents review data. Each page brings together reviews from Google, Facebook, Yell, View Agents, Trustpilot, AllAgents, ESTAS, Feefo and others.

What a page shows
- The office's logo, a "Verified" badge if the office has claimed its View Agents page, and the overall rating across every platform with the total number of reviews.
- A tile for each platform. Trustpilot and AllAgents tiles show the number of reviews and a link only, never a star rating. Their ratings still count towards the overall rating.
- Some platform totals are read from the platform's own page (for example a firm's allAgents page). These are labelled with where they came from and when, marked as covering all branches where they do, and are not added to the review count above.
- A platform shared by several offices is marked "Business-wide".
- Reviews by type, the office's own "About" text, awards, an FAQ and every review, 24 to a page, with the agent's reply. Sort by Most relevant, Newest, Highest or Lowest.
- Group pages show every office in the group and the latest reviews across all of them.
Good to know
- Pages refresh from View Agents data at least daily.
- Reviews show the reviewer's first name only.
- Agents can improve their page by claiming it on View Agents, keeping their review links up to date (Check your review platforms) and connecting ESTAS (My Office: connect ESTAS).
