What is The Trusted Agent?
The Trusted Agent recognises estate agents who deliver exceptional client service, verified by independent data rather than self-nomination. Agents don't nominate themselves. Awards are based on what their clients say about them in public reviews.
Who runs it
The Trusted Agent is a Kerfuffle programme. It is built on data from View Agents, Kerfuffle's reputation data platform, which collects review data for estate agent offices across the UK. View Agents is the data; The Trusted Agent is the awards programme built on that data.

- The 2026 winners: every office that earned a Trusted Agent, Gold or Platinum award, at /winners/.
- Review pages for estate agent offices and agent groups, showing how many reviews they have and where. See How reviews are counted.

For estate agents
Winners can download a Winner Toolkit with a certificate, web badge, email signature, social posts and a press release. Any office can claim its page to check and update its details. See Claiming and updating your office page.
