GoogleDuring these Covid times, nothing is easy and straight forward. And yet, all the staff at Go Store made the difficult task of clearing my son's University room and storing it before he moves into his student accommodation, simple. Everything was done either online or over the phone. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Jamie and team. Sarah Snow.
Dear Sarah, This is such a fantastic review! It's been an incredibly busy last couple of months for us trying to sort out all the students as well as business and domestic customers. Trying to maintain social distancing and ensuring that the facility is clean has been a challenge that the team has really accepted. A review like yours really helps other people see that we mean business and really can look after our customers' belongings. Thank you for making the effort to write such a lovely review and I'm so pleased we were able to help at a tricky time. Take care and if you need help again do please let us know. Yours, Jamie Go Store Manager

GoogleWe used this when we moved home. It was perfect for our needs while moving and renovating. We could have got cheaper storage but it was important that we still had access to our things whenever we needed. Always clean, dry and temperature controlled so no worries about spoilage. Moving things in and out was easy with the use of the trollys and lifts - I did most of it on my own! Staff were really helpful and made a stressful time much easier. Would definitely use this again.

Very easy to book our unit and access (only downside- not 24 hours access) our items remained safe and dry. Would recommend purchasing your padlock elsewhere as they are much cheaper.

I have been with the St Helens storage team for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t dream of moving, the staff feel like friends to me now and they’re always there to help and want to see our business grow too which is the best. Love seeing Jan and Ricardo every morning in the office and being able to have a little chat before going in.

GoogleArrived and was greeted by a lovely lady who ran through the entire process with me, all was done very quickly too. Downloaded app for entry, and she told me all I needed to know about the facility. The lady then took me to my unit told me lots about the place too. I cannot recommend the Storage Team York enough, they have put my mind at rest all through the process and the facility is clean, well lit, and secure. Amazing place!
