This is a review of the Hoddesdon branch. This branch harrassed me daily to organise a viewing that I reluctantly agreed to attend only to find they couldn't offer the basic courtesy of turning up to show the property. The owner did not provide access leaving me stranded and suffering a 50 mile wasted journey.

If there were less than 1 I would give it.Put on market with them as wanted a property that they had. Took a week to get a viewing, took £135 for the deluxe package and nothing happened had to chase up photogrspher, etc, they are rude, unprofessional and I asked for a refund. No apology or could be bothered to ask why

Notoriously poor Rushden agent. Had an agreed sale with them only to find out from a third party that it had fallen through. Zero contact from them advising this. Generally poor at communicating. I'd steer clear if at all possible.

Booked a week ago to value my House so today 45 minutes before the valuer was due to arrive ,we get a phone call saying he is running late can he come in the Evening,or any time apart from the time booked.One crap company and will never use them again .You dont do that to potential new business so annoyed for screwing up my day .

I had a property viewing with them today, after waiting for 15min no one showed up. After calling them I found out my appointment has been canceled by the agent. I have not received an email nor a phone call.I would not be conducting business with them anymore, this is not a way to do business.

I'm trying to buy a property and those greedy Agents wont let me view property because I'm not using they mortgage advisors. I've contacted them about numerous properties but they even wont return emails or calls as they already know I don't want to use their dodgy advisors with elevated fees, disgrace where is free market!!!!!

In a recent purchase the Attleborough Team, in particular, Graham has gone above and beyond any of my expectations of the Sellers Estate Agent, they have known what was happening in the Chain, they have always been available to take calls, they have been solution-focused, helpful, friendly and supportive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would give them zero if I could. Terrible letting agency, poorest that I've ever dealt with. They ignore communications, lie, over charge and do not pass communications to landlord. They avoid doing any work on maintenance. Just a lot of grief. I never want to rent again after this! Harrogate branch - managed by sequence who are even more rubbish

After organizing a viewing for two properties without much hassle, the follow up was non-existent. As a student, sorting housing out for the next year can be a stressful time. After liking one of the properties and emailing them to express our interest, no reply was received. Then after emailing them for a second time, still no reply has been received.Utterly useless!

They don't take properties which have been sold off the market so it's misleading and make you lose time! Unprofessional. Additionally, they don't follow requests about the way to contact you. I prefer to be contacted via email or message as I work nights, but they still will be giving you a call...

The worst estate agent company ever. I dealt with a Jerome in Barking and not only was he rude and aggressive he was completely useless! Didnt tell us of a number of offers and was impossible to get hold of. He lied and was appalling throughout. Would never use again.

TERRIBLE...the communication is beyond embarrassing, property is literally thrown on to the market at a random price and left to sit there as they want their advertising boards around town. It's well known this company is NOT the best locally, they just have more money to push their business. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

After finding a property with them I was told about the fees but when I paid them and wanted to pay the deposit and first moth's rent I was told there was another fee bringing it to £650. What is more they sold my personal data to Spark Energy and changed my energy supplier to Spark energy without mine or my landlord's consent.

Poor service at Fakenham. Took house of market mistakenly. Our buyer only got it by insisting they contact me.Pressured to accept a risky bid.Once under offer, no contact. They never bothered to chase and update etc. I had to chase them. Very poor.I would not use again.

Very unprofessional agent. Initially mentioned to me that a viewing needs to be rescheduled as the tenant wasn’t home, rescheduled to the next day. Next day she does not answer calls and when I reach the location I find no one is available. The following day the house is listed as Let agreed. Waste of time dealing with an agency like this.

My 81 year old mother wants to move closer to me due to covid . Sold her property and put in a offer and telephone call to confirm offer was accepted took all information and no letter arrived. Dereham branch manager they have all lied . It a shame they didn’t realise it affect people’s lives !!

Great Yarmouth We rented. Our house had damp, water coming through the ceiling and they didn’t give a toss. Once they’ve taken their money you no longer exist. A damp house, hole in roof and didn’t want to know. Rude, don’t get back to you, basically a very costly estate agent who only want to know you until they’ve received your money. Avoid.

I had a viewing booked for a property. I was the first person looking to view the property. They then called me up a day after and told me I could not view the property due to someone having corona virus however within a few days of them cancelling the viewing the house is suddenly sold.

Would not recommend the Brentwood branch to anyone. Poor service, poor communication, just rubbish all round really. Great sales pitch to get the property then just excuse after excuse as to why things weren’t being done properly or updated, constantly needed following up and chasing. 20 weeks is a long time to be tied into a rubbish service - don’t sign do it!
