Immensely helpful staff in Watton, Thetford.. I was selling a relative’s house that was over 5 hours’ drive from where I live. They visited the property, which was vacant, to turn on the heating when the weather was cold, helped me to find a reputable company to do some repairs and clear the house, and liaised with the solicitors directly when a I was unable to do so. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

TrustpilotAvoid. Greedy, pushy and unhelpful.
Tried to rush things through at the end before things were ready as clearly wanted their commission, seemed to make things up, tried to force a mortgage appointment upon us when we said we were sorted to the point they booked us in after we had said no many times and despite numerous times politely asking never came and collected our sold sign after moving in. Recommend going with smaller more genuine companies.

GoogleFabulous , professional service every time we viewed. Jennifer at "River House" York office is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. Claire , who accompanied us on a viewing was equally helpful. Both girls give liberally of their time & that was a rare quality which we did NOT encounter a great deal with other estate agents! I would have no hesitation in recommending Savills . They give superb (well-informed) service.

Awful. Was interested in a property marketed by this company and got myself booked into a viewing. The person who showed me around the property had quite clearly just memorised the fact-sheet (which anyone could have done) and could not respond to simple questions. He was more interested in making sure his car did not get ticketed than showing me around the house.Why would anyone use these people as selling agents? Absolutely add no real value.

They viewed my property to rent, then changed energy suppliers without my knowledge or agreement. I only found this out after I had rejected their services. I was told that they were in partnership with 'Smart' energy, and it was in the contract (which was never accepted or signed)BEWARE! There are a lot of hidden charges in contract which are generally inclusive with other agents.Read - check - read again, before giving instructions!

Removed our property from this agency in Spalding. We were left to do nearly every one of the few viewings we had in 7months despite making it clear that we required them to conduct them. Very few e mails sent to them ever received a response. Floor plans were requested several times but never materialised. The quality of the marketing photos of our property were poor and didn't do justice to our property.

Rude office staff, close early with no notification. No call backs, agent showing property had zero interest or knowledge in the property. Waste of time! I viewed a house at 1645 and tried to call the office to put in a offer at 17:05. The Office stated on their website and on the voice mail there were open until 18:00.

Made and enquiry as a buy to let property investor on Wednesday. I am still waiting to hear back. Check out the board/management team. There are 11 members listed. However they are all 100% male. You dont need to know any more about how this business thinks and operates. I guess that is reflected it its TP scores. Although they are an estate agency what do you expect!

Liars - the March, Cambridgeshire branch were found by The Estate Agency Ombudsman to have lied to me to ensure that I bought one of their properties. They were made to pay me compensation for the lies they told me. Please keep away as they caused me a lot of stress, anxiety and financial loss as I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the problems they caused me.

Spalding branch very poor service. Lots of excuses why my house didn't sell, was on the market for four months with no viewings. Was very overpriced, didn't reflect the market. Wouldn't listen to my requests to drop price. Eventually ditched these guys and house sold on first day with other company. Avoid!

One star is one star too many. If you want your property to go live in an unorganised order without your approval, do not want any feedback from viewings, have your phone messages and emails ignored, receive no updates on progress and want your sales negotiator to be disrespectful then use these.
