GoogleAfter a very long, complicated and complex house inheritance finally the house completed. Have to say Fraser at Reeds was fab, a lot of scary moments and a few losses of temper!! GoogleI found selling my house daunting, but Jamie and Warren were always friendly and reassuring. They would advise me, but always respected my decisions and requests. They gave me regular phone calls, keeping me updated followed by emails/letters. All other staff I had contact with by phone were always helpful and friendly. I recommend Reeds Rains.

GoogleA highly professional and supportive team who stuck with me throughout an unusually arduous house sale that (through sheer bad luck and no fault of anyone at Reeds Rains) fell through several times over the course of around a year. Annie Sutton in particular handled the majority of my sale and made what could have been a very difficult process far more manageable with her prudent advice and her highly sympathetic representation of my various positions to potential buyers. My case was originally handled by the branch manager John Wroot who also stayed involved and attentive when necessary throughout the course of the sale. My deepest thanks goes out both to him and to Annie. In short, I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Reeds Rains York to anyone looking to sell a house in the local area.

GoogleCannot fault the agency at all, they are a wonderful team who are very kind and caring. We used them to rent in York and they made the process very smooth and easy and I felt like they had our backs and we can trust them through the process. Izzy helped us move into our new property, and she was amazing! She had such a lovely, warm and caring personality. Very down to earth. I would really recommend their services to anyone. Also, the property we are moving into is so lovely as well. Cannot thank their team enough for how much they've helped us.
