GoogleI have rented a property administered by Martin & Co York, for the past 2 years and have found the experience to be trouble free and friendly. The initial letting contract was clear and concise, the moving in process was easy, and any problems encountered with the property during the tenancy, were quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. At the end of the contract, the process was uncomplicated and my bond was quickly returned. I would have no hesitation in using, or recommending, this agency in the future. Phil Bertrand.

GoogleMe and my boyfriend are currently renting with Martin&Co and not only did they make the process of moving really quick and easy but they’ve also been incredibly good since. If we have any problems they are extremely quick to respond and resolve the problem. Louise Wells who we have most contact with at Martin&Co is brilliant, she responds to emails straight away and is extremely thorough. Renting with them has been a great and stress free experience so far!

GoogleI had mixed experience with other letting agents in York, with some coming much late for scheduled viewings, or even not showing up at all. But Martin & Co was always superb in every respect, with cool professional attitude and helpful advice whenever I asked, and I had no trouble whatsoever when moving with my family to our apartment in York. If I have another chance to look for property in York, Martin & Co would definitely be my first choice.

FacebookI would not recommend this estate agent, after leaving a rental property 6 weeks ago I am fighting to get through to anyone who can provide an update as to when I can expect my deposit returned. I have been promised call backs personally by the director and still nothing, he has failed to even provide a courtsey call or any guide of a timeframe in which I can expect to hear a response, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company and would not use them again. Can you please provide an update as to where my money is??????

GoogleI have been using Martin & co for years, and have always found them to be very professional at what they do, from marketing my properties, accompanied viewings, referencing, and handing my keys to the new tenants I cannot fault them, I have seen staff come and go over the years but they are always available to chat through any issues I may have and have the expertise to resolve these in a quick and professional manner, if you are an experienced landlord looking for a new agent or are new to the letting business you will not go far wrong with Martin & Co.

GoogleBeing 1st time landlords overseas I have found Martin and Co of York very professional and efficient. They made everything clear from the start and if I had any questions they got back to asap. I didn't ask for any other property management quotes as I liked the attitude and professionalism of my first contact/meet with one of their staff members. They didn't come across as pushy and looking for the hard sell. They helped me with this new process of property management, they where always on time, followed up calls/meetings. New I am a landlord I am struggling slightly with the confusing statement set up and how I am invoiced however I am sure they will be happy to help.
