GoogleAbsolutely first rate customer service, from the moment we first walked in the door to enquire till we walked out with the keys to our new flat a couple of weeks later. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful to a fault, special mention to Jo who was so reassuring to a first time renter and kept us informed with every single detail.

GoogleVery friendly staff who are always quick to respond to queries and problems be they via phone, email, or in person. We looked at a number of properties from a number of estate agents in York before settling on our current apartment. The place is of course very nice, but the positive experience we had dealing with Martin & Co was also a major factor in our final decision. Recommended.

The paperwork was easy to understand and the communication with me through the process was just great. Although I have just rented the property for 6 months I would be inclined to review this weith the great service I have recieved.

GoogleI was a tenant with one of their properties the last year and throughout the whole year they were absolutely fantastic. They handled the few maintainence issues I had professionally and quickly and kept tenants up to date throughout the pandemic. At the end of the tenancy the deposit was released back after 2 days. I thoroughly recommend!

They did all the hard work of changing names on public utilities and followed everything through if any issues arose.
