GoogleRented a property through Martin & Co for the past 6 years. The customer service was excellent and any problems at the property always resolved quickly. When moving out of the property the process was handled very efficiently, and Lesley Potts was especially helpful. I would highly recommend renting a property through Martin and Co and would happily use them again.

Been really impressed with how they manage both of these aspects of property rental and I love the fact that I know they are treating my tenants well. Facebookrecently acquired a tenancy through martin&co for a flat , was very professional and efficient , made the whole process of finding and acquiring a flat to rent very easy and fast as soon as 1 week from accepting ! all team members were very friendly and helpful .

FacebookI was trying to rent a flat and paid for the application fee but the landlord didnt agree with a guarantor. But thankfully your agent Jo did a great job and been really helpful for finding us another flat that met our specific conditions. And she stayed in contact until we got everything sorted and got our keys!
