Littlefairs were absolutely excellent through the whole process of looking to rent our new apartment. We had some poor experiences with letting agents in York previously but from the first viewing to our move in day Becki was amazing! While other letting agents employed shady tactics to try and drive up rents and were very standoffish, littlefairs were super professional and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Removing all the stress of the moving process was so important and Becki went above and beyond to do that for us, meeting if at the flat or at work as needed at whatever time we needed to get everything done in a timeframe that suited us. Thanks for all your help!

Brilliant service. I messaged Littlefairs via a listing on Rightmove and explained my tricky situation of needing to move into a short term tenancy under lockdown whilst we waited for a house sale to go through. I got a prompt call from Scott who then went away and sorted out what was literally the perfect solution with the landlord. Our whole experience was seamless, from the rental onboarding, dealing with maintenance issues and the final close out when we moved out of the property. Excellent experience with Littlefairs as a tenant. Prior to starting the team was super helpful and responsive, helping to alleviate our worries. When our car broke down with all our possessions in on the way to pick up the keys, Scott waited beyond office hours for us to get there: avoiding us being homeless for the weekend! Throughout, the repairs form online was easy to use and acted on quickly. In an emergency, Bridgette helped as quickly as possible. At the end, Becki helped us arrange a carpet cleaner at the last minute. Afterwards, our deposit was returned quickly with no unfair deductions! (No deductions, in fact.) If you're a prospective tenant, I can recommend Littlefairs. Would have stayed with for longer if not for relocating!

Absolutely flawless service. My partner and I have recently moved into a newly renovated flat with Littlefair’s. As anticipated, we’ve had a few slight teething problems, but the response and help has been second to none. Quick replies, friendly faces, and help whenever we need it; we’d definitely rent through Littlefair’s again. Nothing seems too much trouble. Having rented with much larger letting agencies in the past, we’ve found that renting with this smaller, independently owned company has been a much more personal experience, with a far more direct line of communication with real people who are actually there to help. Can’t recommend enough.

Michael was recommended to us by a family friend and we weren't disappointed. After moving into our new house we had spent a year living with what we had and considering possibilities, including a kitchen extension and other renovations. Michael listened carefully to our ideas and worked very closely with us, making suggestions we hadn't thought of and producing clear and extremely precise plans which he submitted for us. He was also able to suggest a builder - who we have been extremely pleased with. As we now near the end of the work, the house has been totally transformed from its' tired previous state into the light, airy and spacious home we hoped it would become and importantly for us, on budget. We are highly satisfied with Michael's professional and creative approach and would not hesitate to recommend him to others - in fact our next door neighbours have been so impressed with our results that they have already employed him!
