GoogleFrom viewing to sign-up littlefairs were excellent. From the start I called to arrange a viewing to a property, and wanted to ask if the LL would accept a tenant with a cat. Within a few hours I got a call back from the managing agent (Becki) who was exceptionally helpful and confirmed with the LL that this would be ok and we went ahead with the viewing. The viewing went well, and we applied for the property. We had support throughout this process, and were treated with an exceptional amount of respect, and flexibility. We were accepted for the property and moved without hassle, with a thorough, and friendly sign-up with Becki! I feel confident that moving forwards, littlefairs has connected us to a respectful landlord, and that they are an agency that focuses on quality over quantity for the people they work with. GoogleIf I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! I rented my flat for 7 years, and for 6 of those years, it was managed by Littlefairs, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I'm so grateful my landlord chose them to take care of the property. Scott, Donna, Becki, Tom, and the entire team are simply fantastic, always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Any issues were acknowledged promptly and resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and kindness over the years. The team were very accommodating to the fact that we had a very tight timeframe, and worked hard to ensure that we had the keys only 5 working days after our initial viewing.
