Brilliant service. I messaged Littlefairs via a listing on Rightmove and explained my tricky situation of needing to move into a short term tenancy under lockdown whilst we waited for a house sale to go through. I got a prompt call from Scott who then went away and sorted out what was literally the perfect solution with the landlord. The communication from both Scott and Becki has been brilliant and the service felt super-personal throughout. It made our move back up north after so many years in London really welcoming, and showcased the friendliness we've missed :)

I heartily recommend Littlefair’s to landlords and tenants: as a landlord, I want my tenants to be happy, look after my property and return it to me in a good state for the next tenants. Originally rang Littlefairs as we were looking to view a rented property and we were able to get this booked in straight away at a time that fitted us. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Michael to plan our extension. Right from the start he made us feel totally at ease and explained every part of the process to us. Michael listened to all our requirements and came up with some great ideas we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. He made a number of adjustments to satisfy our wishes, and took care to ensure that we were getting exactly what was right for us. Michael was friendly and approachable, and always got back to us really quickly with clear and straightforward answers to any questions. He could not have been more helpful! Fees were clearly laid out from the very start and he gave us regular updates so we always knew exactly where things stood. The whole process was easy and pleasant thanks to Michael's brilliant work and his professional, efficient and friendly approach.
