FacebookA very good service with frequent communication. They were very prompt in replying to emails and explained each step of the way so the whole move process was easy with minimal stress. When we got the keys we had an efficient 'check-in' that was open, friendly and didn't feel rushed. Already had a minor repair issue and it was dealt with on the same day! Happy to recommend to anyone.

FacebookVery bad company to work with if you’re looking for a house . They’ve emailed me saying that the landlord had accepted my application and that I had 24h to pay my deposit . Got an email with excellent news and a confirmation The next day they’ve told me that they have a new visitor for the house and that they’re going to proceed with that application instead of mine because I did not pay my deposit overnight as advised very briefly on an email . Avoid at all costs!!!!!

FacebookYour classic evil money grabbing letting agents, not much better than renting from the mob. I'm having to take them to court after their faulty electricals caused a house fire sending me and my partner to the hospital, after which we received no support, were charged rent for the period we couldn't live there and even had our damage deposit deducted for damages cussed by the fire. Mighty feats like these combined with a Liberal use of classic scammers techniques and an inflated ego makes mr littlefair one of histories great letting agents. Avoid like the plague.

Becki and Scott are great making the letting process simple and very straightforward. They are brilliant communicators , and I was always kept fully up to date .
