It’s so refreshing to deal with the only estate agency on earth that employs actual humans, and not reptiles wearing human suits. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you view a house first, are eligible and get your name down first, you actually get the house! It seems like common sense, but NOBODY else does it this way. My good friend phoned up to ask about the wonderful house we are now living in, to ask about his chances of getting the place and the reply was “we only deal with one application at a time, because we realise it’s peoples lives we are dealing with.” He nearly cried. Enough said.

They made the property move in suit us by meeting at the property at a time to suit us. As we met at the property, we were able to be shown any issues where things are. They also did something that other companies have not, which is that they only processed a single application at a time to remove the stress of trying to fill out forms quicker that other people applying. This is very good, it made the whole process much easier. Any further queries have been promptly responded to, which I appreciate very much.

I would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend Littlefairs! The process of viewing and moving into our new flat could not have been easier. Messages and queries were responded to quickly, and communication was clear throughout. What made the experience even better was having someone show us round the flat who actually wanted to be there, and was passionate and excited to show us the flat! Becki knew exactly what she was talking about, and was happy to help with any questions whilst we were with her, and if we thought of something later on. Even after moving into the new flat, Littlefairs is easy to reach with any queries, and the moving process was quick - we even got to move in at an earlier time! A company with a brilliant, helpful, and friendly service.

A horrible experience! Scott Littlefairs was one of the most unpleasant unprofessional people I have come across. His manner is disgusting! The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful, he certainly let them down. He would not listen to our concerns or comments, giving us no time and he did not give us the courtesy of replying to our query, saying he was very busy. I certainly advise you stay away from this company.

I have been delighted with the superb service that Michael has given us from the very beginning of our project to the point that we are at now. After we had shared our ideas for our extension he was able to develop a plan that encompassed everything and more. He has always been there for us to turn to in the many ups and downs that come with big projects and he has never failed to deliver. We've been really impressed with the service we've received from Littlefairs. Everyone we have dealt with throughout viewings, phone calls, emails etc has been a pleasure to deal with, consistently friendly and professional. They have always been prompt in contacting us and have done everything they said they would do, which is rare in our experience of estate agents! We have especially appreciated that Littlefairs accommodated our desired move in date, as it was earlier than advertised.
