**Edited as of July 2025. Once the issues were brought to the attention of the branch manager communication was a lot better. Harry was very helpful throughout the letting process. Currently let my property through this agency and have done for 6 years. It's renewal time and despite confirming 4 weeks ago that I wanted to re-let my property no one has responded to my email despite numerous chases. Poor customer service and communication.

Kieran was very friendly and approachable on viewing the property which made the process alot more comfortable. Megan was really helpful when I called up to ask for more information about a rental property. She mentioned that the property had lots of viewings but would call if there was a cancellation and she did just that and I could go for a viewing after the weekend.
