Aiden Hamilton was the man set to take me around the property and wss nothing but friendly, welcoming and the exact person any person should hope to have take them around a property. Very accomadating despite my own travel issues and nothing but a pleasure to talk to while seeing the property. A prime examplar of the quality I've come acustomed to when viewing properties by linley & simpson.

Viewing with Grace

I had a viewing with Grace who was incredible to deal with - polite, friendly and professional. Although the property wasn’t for us, Grace has been helpful as we continue our search. We mentioned we would be away for a couple of weeks and Grace was happy to keep us updated on new listings she thinks may suit us. I would recommend booking a viewing with Grace!

From a Tennant: From start to finish, Linley and Simpson in YORK has been great. from the start with Chloe and Rebecca from York (previously put a 5* review when we joined), to the maintenance team, Chris and Roxanne to the end of the tenancy, Maja Gierwatowska. They have all been great. Yes there’s been hiccups along the way, most recently a little dispute with the deposit, but Maja went above and beyond negotiating for us, responding quickly and effectively via written and verbal communication. Maja has been outstanding during the difficult situation (even when I was annoyed! - She still proceeded with great professionalism). I’m extremely happy and I would rent through Linley and Simpson again, this is probably because of the way Maja handled things towards the end, as this could have turned a different way very quickly. Thank you to the York team and especially to Maja!
