Very quick to respond to any enquiries. They helped me get a property sorted in no time at all, whereas other agents were taking ages to even respond to emails, arrange viewings etc. Very slick and user friendly signing up process. Would have no problems recommending using Linley & Simpson, particularly Olivia who has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

Megan was really helpful when I called up to ask for more information about a rental property. She mentioned that the property had lots of viewings but would call if there was a cancellation and she did just that and I could go for a viewing after the weekend. Our property manager Sally tries her best to liase with our landlord and us as tenants to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties. Since taking over the letting of the property, Linley & Simpson have been a great help in identifying any issues that need resolving and how that can be done, Sally Bird has been a great liaison in this matter treating me with respect and dignity while also getting things sorted for me, in an area I find uncomfortable to manage (on a personal level) at the best of times.
I understand it’s a challenge for you, and you’ve worked really hard. It’s a great compliment that we’ve worked well together and I hope we can continue.

Chelsea and Ellie made quick responses to view requests and emails, gave friendly and personal guidance to the tenant application & referencing process new to me. Honest answer to other viewing requests so I could gauge how quickly I needed to apply. Extended dates when I had problems submitting documents. I have been in this property 4.5 years, in which time Will Stipetic has been my property manager… Nothing is ever too much effort for Will, if I have ever had a problem, query or needed assistance he has always resolved them as soon as possible. He is very friendly and approachable and I’d like to thank him for the ease he has made of 21st century renting!!!! 5*****

Harry Russell managed our let agreement process. He was very kind and helpful, making sure to answer all of our questions and accomodate our viewing and other requests. There were some delays in our referencing process. Overall, our experience with the agency was good, although with some organisational issues (i.e. about receiving different information regarding when and how to go about getting the keys), and Harry was very supportive through all of it.

Had a property viewing from Aiden today in York on Lawrence street - easily the best experience I’ve had viewing a property to rent, and I’ve seen upwards of 20!Aiden was a friendly face when arriving at the property, and was quick to answer any queries I had without hesitation unlike many experiences I’ve had. 10/10 experience thanks to Aiden, and I hope this man gets the recognition/rewards he deserves.

Seb was so lovely at the viewing and accommodating when the original flat was taken off the market. Kelly was also really nice while I was in correspondence with her during the tenancy signing and when I came to the office to collect my keys. She was ready to go the extra mile to provide high-quality customer service. In particular, she was happy to note the several areas of the property which needed further maintainance and was happy to bring it up to the management. Ben met us at the entrance, ready at the appointment time. He was very patient, my wife uses a wheelchair, and he gave us suitable time to check the property was suitable for our specific needs. Ben was very knowledgeable about the property explaining the features including electrics, boiler system, roof lights and kitchen facilities. Ben also explained next steps. Very happy with this experience and as a result we have applied to proceed.

Linley & Simpson have been managing my Kelham Island, Sheffield property for a few years. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a rental that needs managing. The only downside is they don't do sales in Sheffield too. Recently Corey Costello has been helping me with the end of our agreement. He has gone above and beyond; an asset to the lettings team in Kelham.
