GoogleRent an apartment with two parking spaces. Linley & Simpson sold one parking space on behalf of the owner without any notice to the tenant. Two parking spaces & two parking permit mentioned in the Inventory. And also the following mentioned in the Tenancy Agreement: "The Premises References to ‘the Premises’ include reference to any part or parts of the Premises and the curtilage of the same, together with the garden, garage and parking space (if applicable)"
