Laura Campbell from Linley & Simpson Harrogate branch was fantastic from day 1. Friendly, approachable and professional she was efficient and found the perfect buyer for our home. Our solicitor made some mistakes the week before completion which would have delayed things considerably BUT Laura worked her magic liaising with both sides tirelessly for days to make it work! I would sell again with Linley & Simpson but particularly with Laura overseeing it all.

RENTERS BEWARE!We were left without a warm running shower for 8 weeks. Incompetent staff who are unable to take any ownership of their mistakes. We reported our shower running cool 8 weeks ago and after sending a plumber, Linley did no follow up, did not inform us of what was happening. Bad basic customer service, did not speak to the same person throughout the whole situation, kept getting passed from pillar to post with no clear resolution offered. Never renting with Linley again.

Hello, we’d be happy to look into this for you; however, we’re unable to locate you in our system. Could you please let us know which apartment you’re renting? Also, could you email the branch manager at kellyboot@linleyandsimpson.co.uk? We’re aware that one of the apartment blocks has a water blockage, and the block management team is providing bottled water while they work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
