Professional & on the ball.

During an incredibly stressful process made needlessly more complicated and painful by solicitors the team at L&S (and in particular Ruby) remained professional, helpful and were great at keeping us informed and reassured as things progressed. I am a landlord all I can say is anyone renting there property use a professional letting agents. Not Lindley and Simpson. Messages don’t get passed on,don’t email you back,don’t call you back. Ok for them taking 10%charges for commission and other charges. If they can’t handle the property’s they should not be in business. I was far better when they found me a client and I looked after the property. Their after care is atrocious.
