Viewing flats with Bradley from Linley and Simpson has been a great experience. He is friendly, efficient, and gave me a positive impression of each property and area I looked around. He provided me with all the details I needed, responded quickly to my queries, and even helped me retrieve my mobile after I'd lost it. My annual house inspection was carried out this afternoon. The agents representative was Sally Bird. She was lovely and put me instantly at ease. She listened to my concerns around a few repairs I pointed out that need doing. She took photographs of everything and said she would report them straight away. A far more pleasant experience than I worried about.

GoogleI recently had a house viewing with Linley & Simpson. I was met at the property by Harry Russell who was really friendly and had lots of knowledge of the property. He answered all my questions and offered advice - even followed up the next day with an email offering to answer any further questions. I’m so impressed by the professionalism and how helpful he was! It made the whole experience less stressful and if we’re unsuccessful in this application, I would definitely be looking to view their other properties!

I was driving through the local area on 1st June 2023 approx around 11.00am. I was heading outwards to Manchaster, where the route had diverted, in to local towns.I was running so late, and i had important an important meeting, I had to make photo copy of some documents, I was cute new the town, and I just parked my car and went to an office where I had met 2 great people who where great help.Who I believe to be named as Susan and nikala leave, gave me great customer service and time and helped me a lot.If this message get to them please thank them for their good work and being great people.

I am writing to provide feedback on the handling of my repair query, initiated on the 26th of April. Despite my previous conversation with a member of your team, L&S, and the assurance of receiving updates, I regret to inform you that I have not received any substantial information regarding the progress of my request. The only update I have received so far is that it has been passed on to the landlord. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency throughout this process.
