After instructing Linley and Simpson to let my apartment, Kelly and Zak have provided a first rate service. They clearly have excellent knowledge of the market and have been pro-active and creative in offering the best way to advertise the property. They have been very responsive to requests and provided regular updates, leaving me in no doubt that the management of my property is with the right people.

I have had an amazing experience so far with Linley and Simpson. One thing that tops their service is the promptness to arrivals and calls. I had a viewing with Chelsea last Thursday, and it was nice chatting with her. She was patient and answered all the questions I had; even when she wasn’t sure, she made sure to double check for me.

I was shown round two flats with the same person, Aiden, and both times he was extremely helpful and patient since this was my first time looking for a place to live on my own. He gave really useful advice as well which lead to me getting the first flat I applied for. Everyone else on the team I interacted with over email or phone were also really wonderful.

Linley and Simpson have been super helpful to me finding a place very quickly in Otley, which was a very stressful period. I managed to get a great property! They were always friendly and always answers the phone. Only negative I would say is that sometimes we would call and the information would not be relayed to other team members.
