GoogleI have never dealt with such a substandard company. I would never rent through them again and would warn anyone who wishes to do so to be aware that they take days to respond to any emails and that the checking out process was lengthy and inadequate. We moved out on the 16th of September and have still not received our deposit even though I had an initial email on the 27th September stating it would be returned in full. Firstly they said the Landlady was holding it up? Even though they had agreed the property was immaculate now they have taken a large chunk of the deposit off stating it was to cover the last half a month's rent which I had already paid and had proof of, it was only because I emailed to confirm the amount that I was aware they were going to take this money without my consent, or informing me prior to the transaction being sent through to their accounts department. I will be reporting them to the TDS as what is the point of having the TDS as security for deposits if the letting agents can just go ahead and deduct whatever they like! So they have basically not checked their records taken double the amount of rent off me due and left me still awaiting my deposit I can not say this any louder DO NOT USE LINLEY SIMPSON

All the agents we were in contact with were happy to help and always communicated information very clearly. Lisa, in particular, was instrumental in supervising our rental application and was always accessible either via email or phone and answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner.
