The whole team at Bishopthorpe Road office were excellent and kept us in touch at every stage of the process. Rebecca particularly was patient, methodical and also proactive when required. Her calm positivity throughout was really supportive in what can be a very stressful time.

GoogleI can’t praise enough the staff at Churchills Bishopthorpe Road office. I think it’s safe to say that my sale, and my purchase, were ‘difficult’ because of legal complications, and protracted from a time point of view as a result of those complications; nevertheless, Churchills were always available to provide advice and support, and act as mediator at every step of the process. I can’t imagine having to go through all that without the support they were able to provide. Lovely people and I’m grateful that they were willing to invest so much time and expertise on my behalf.

GoogleWe just finalised a purchase through Churchill's and I can not fault the service. Every time we called the office we were greeted by friendly and happy staff who would always do their best to help even when they were not our key contact. Louella in particuar was amazing! We have had some very bad experiences in the past using different companies so we entered the process with trepidation but Louella passed our expectations. She was so on the ball that by the time we contacted her on any issues she had already resolved them. We will definitely be in contact when the time comes for us to sell. GoogleBeen trying to get a viewing twice at a property thru Churchills over the last 48 hours, I got an auto email saying they will get in touch soon, and NOTHING . I am now going to knock at the door of this lovely house I would like to buy and tell them what is happening I was also going to ask Churchills to sell my home.....NOT A CHANCE NOW Very unprofessional time wasters. If you want a good service AVOID

GoogleA terrible customer service. I was the first one to put an offer on a 'for sale' house with them, the amount was suggested by themselves and was quite close to asking price. After that I never received a single call from them for updates on progress. I called myself a few times but at my last call, I got told that the property was sold to someone with higher offer and they had left me a voicemail, which was a total lie, there was not a single call received from them nor a voicemail left about that. And worse was I didn't get chance to increase my offer. What a waste of my time and efforts. I would never recommend them to any of my friends and families. :-(
