GoogleA few bumps in the road along the way in the first time buyer journey but despite a few false starts every time I had questions, needed communication, answers and a nudge to the other side I have been impressed by Churchill’s,in particular Louella-she’s a massive asset to the company. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly human. I would recommend them based on my experience.

GoogleWe had an excellent service from Churchill’s. Jack, our agent, was always contactable and even responded out of hours when needed. We really appreciated the WhatsApp group he set up, sending us properties which were going on the market. Jack took the time to get to know our property and we were really happy with how it was marketed online, including the video. He understood the type of house we wanted to move to, an outstanding service, going the extra mile. Louella in the office was organised and kept us in the loop through the selling and completion stage. We had lots of questions and Louella always gave us her time and was very responsive. We could not be happier with the service we received. Personal, honest, responsive with small touches which removed the stress.

GoogleWith conveyancing being what it is in England (woeful) (I didn't use Churchills conveyancers unfortunately) its essential to have good support from the estate agency. The support I received from Louella at Churchills was first class at all times. She followed up both conveyancers constantly to ensure the sale was able to be completed and stayed cool, helpful and professional when the process was proving to be very stressful for me. Thanks also to Jack for getting me a buyer so quickly and to Amy and Paula for their help too. I would totally and unreservedly recommend Churchills to anyone wanting THE best estate agents.
