GoogleAn excellent service overall. Jack was extremely perceptive re the valuation and organised an open day within a week of the house going on the market. We were very pleased to notice that the property details had a central position in Churchill’s window. As a result of the above, the house was sold in a short space of time. The rest of the team were very proactive in organising communications re the conveyancing process and keeping us informed at all stages.

GoogleSelling our property in York met a number of challenges with buyers pulling out at the last minute. However, Amy who was looking after us, dealt with every situation thrown at us with the utmost professionalism. She kept up informed every step of the way which was super important and helpful. Having Amy at the end of a telephone guiding us through each stage made the whole process much more bearable - from an otherwise very stressful situation. I could not recommend her more highly - polite, friendly and super professional. It was a pleasure. Thank you Amy!

From the moment we made contact with Louella everything ran smoothly from viewing, through to the appointment to making and offer and the offer being accepted through to the end result. If we had a query this would be answered quickly with good detail. Highly Recommended if you’re looking to purchase in York. Louella was great and very professional. GoogleExcellent Team. I cannot praise Churchills (especially Louella) on Bishy Road highly enough, they are NOT like other Estate Agents. My partner and I have both sold our properties through them and they have been excellent and given great advice. We marketed both of our properties at realistic prices and both went to best and final offers within 7 days. Jack at the front end is friendly, communicative and professional at viewings and Louella Gill on after sales is exceptional. GoogleSo I don’t think I have ever written a review of anything before and to be honest I would never think to write one for an estate agent. However Churchills have provided amazing customer service and care. Amy in particular has been stunning. Amy is so helpful going above and beyond and sorting out any issues and dramas I had. After having a lot of trouble with a very poor solicitor and a complicated sale's process, Amy went above and beyond time and time again to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. We were really pleased at how quickly you were able to get our house on the market and the pictures taken really helped show the house in the best light. The sales team have worked really hard over the past few months managing the sale of our house which was difficult at times, being part of a long chain. In particular I should mention Louella (who had to take a lot of my calls), Amy (who had the unpleasant job of telling me the first buyer pulled out!) but especially Paula who managed to help us sell the house 2 days after the first buyer pulled out! I have seen our buyer who has moved into our house since and she even mentioned how Paula being on top of everything made her feel more secure about buying the house! GoogleWe can't thank Amy Leslie enough for her negotiaton skills and responsive communication between ourselves , our solicitor and the sellers, during the purchase of our new home. Communication was very slow and unclear between the solicitors and us, but Amy pursued any queries swiftly and put our minds at rest. GoogleVery sad that most of the York letting agents seem to be so rigid and unhelpful with my search. Wouldn't do a video viewing or at least send a video of the apartment so I am sure it's worth me making the trip all the way to York from London. This is just very sad and frustrating honestly. And the worse part is they just can't be bothered. I guess there's always gonna be someone who can make the trip down just for a first viewing, so what da heck, no need stressing over others who can't. Says a lot.

GoogleI have dealt with Churchills for over fourteen years as a landlord. As I lived many miles away, it was important to me to be sure my properties and tenants were being looked after and that my interests were being served. This they did. When the time came to retire from my letting business, I turned to Churchills` this time the dales team, to market my two properties and I was just as pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Particular thanks go to Rebecca who I had the pleasure of dealing with when she worked in the letting team and latterly in her position with the sales team. To put my review in context, I speak as someone who has bought and sold many properties over the years in the buy to let area and also as a long term landlord. I have dealt with several property firms over the years, and I can recommend Churchills for their professionalism and service. The fact I had a fourteen year relationship with them should say it all.
