Incredibly frustrated with this company. They are discriminatory and homophobic. We found our perfect rental property and proceeded to view and submit our application. After days of chasing. Kam finally called me back. She said the asset manager rejected our application as he felt the property was too small for our family.

Think twice before renting through Carter Jonas. I signed my tenancy agreement and paid the full deposit, yet days before my move-in date they still haven't returned a countersigned agreement, despite holding both my signature and my money for weeks.

Sam & Igor at the Fulham branch. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to put into the words the lengths and the help these two lads where in helping us first of all find a place and to them completing all referencing at such a fast pace to get us moved ASAP. These guys are not only professional but personable. Their warm enchanting nature put any of our doubts at easy. You could tell they both genuinely wanted to do the most they possibly could and they did exactly that and more. I am generally a level headed calm collected peaceful being but with this being a stressful process, that went out the window but thankfully I had both Sam & Igor to keep my head out of the sandbox. These guys are a complete asset to the business and if i controlled the powers that be I’d have these guys at the top of the Carter Jonas cooperate ladder - they went above and beyond. It would be an insult to them to even put them in the same sentence let alone category as any previous experience with agencies before these two absolute legends. Ask for Sam & Igor. TrustpilotRidiculous "New Renovation" expectations for an aging property - Beware
I lived in a property managed by this agency for 2.5 years. The house itself was quite old, with aged facilities that had clearly seen many years of use before I moved in. However, the biggest issue arose during the checkout process.

Providing a professional and fair service to tenants and landlords is extremely important to us across all our services. Our check-out process relies on the agreed check-in inventory, taking into account the overall condition of the property at the start of the tenancy as well as expected wear and tear. We recognise disagreements can arise which is why we fully support the independent adjudication process as a fair and impartial way to resolve such matters, and we always respect the outcome. We had a very poor experience with Carter Jonas regarding the return of our deposit. It took over three months to be refunded despite repeated email assurances that “instructions had been given to the holding account” to process payment.

We have recently sold our family house of nearly 30 years in Fulham’s Alphabet Streets through Carter Jonas. We had previously dealt with Wayland Ward-Smith when the office was Sullivan Thomas, when selling my late mother’s flat in the same area.We have dealt with a fair number of agents over the years and there can be no doubt that Wayland and his team are the most professional that we have come across. Throughout the process we have had good communication with the office, viewings were handled well. We were fortunate in having a number of offers for the property and Wayland and Mandy undertook due diligence and assisted wisely in enabling us to pick the picking the best offer.Definitely would recommend.

I instructed Carter Jonas' South Kensington & Knightsbridge office to rent out my mother's flat and manage the tenancy. After some damp issues arose, I had to work closely with the property management team, in particular Lara Thake, to have works done to then re-let the property. Lara was highly efficient and without her we would still be haemorrhaging money and not getting anywhere. Now we have new tenants going in to our newly decorated flat (after only three days on the market) and all damp issues are resolved thanks to Lara and her team.The residential property management team at Carter Jonas are worth their weight in gold and will only get the best possible results for you, whilst ensuring you are looked after, as well as your property. I could not recommend Carter Jonas more.
