GoogleAbsolutely appalling letting service. No repairs carried out over more than 2 years despite all defects being reported but all done once the tenancy was over. Letting manager then repeatedly lied to try and make deductions from the deposit - a firm to AVOID

GoogleI literally laughed when I read "award-winning service". I don't recommend anyone use Ashtons Estate Agents highly unprofessional service. They canceled my viewing appointment 3 times in a row, each with less than an hours notice and by text message. They were unapologetic and rude. Quite frankly, they don't even deserve the 1 star.

GoogleUnfortunately, we had a very bad experience with them. We were looking for a house, put an offer on one, we offered 5k more then it`s asking price. Two days later , we received an email saying then our offer was UNACCEPTABLE. That`s it. No more contact. We found it very insulting.

GoogleJack provided detailed knowledge of a potential investor opportunity and showed us around with enthusiasm. We unfortunately had to pull out and received our full deposit back - as agreed with Jack. First class service and I wouldn't hesitate to proceed with Astons in the future.
