I have pets and young children and have had constant mixed messages from the agents regarding returning my calls and giving updates. Would not use these.

We believed we had found our dream home outside Dorchester but due to the complete incompetence and bad service
we were unable to fill in their online forms after many manys hours because they were not working leaving us stressed out , angry, dismayed and very frustrated .We would never recommend this company to anyone .
Just to prove my point . I paid the deposit from my account and instead of paying it back into my account they paid it into someone's else's account ie My partners
Complete incompetence comes to mind
They have left a very sour taste in our mouths . I am hoping they have not tarnished our good names and reputations by their bad handling
