She would also regularly send me any properties that came onto their system matching my requirements and move in dates until there was something I liked. Katie was very helpful throughout the viewing, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. She had a great knowledge of the property and was happy to go into detail where needed, which I really appreciated.
What I liked most was her approachable and genuine manner. She didn’t rush the viewing at all and made sure I had the chance to properly look around and take everything in. It really made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
