In this circumstance, as you will be aware from our regular communication, a) we acted as letting agents for the landlord, not managing agents, therefore are not directly involved in any discussion relating to the tenancy. And b) your deposit was registered with the TDS (deposit scheme), and therefore Symonds & Sampson are not party to negotiations relating to the end of your tenancy and return of your deposit. Lady who took my call on Saturday afternoon said she'd just returned from Holiday and didn't know much about the property in Pidsbury. I was inquiring into the current owner having planning permission to build adjacent to the property. The link given for this doesn't work. Also viewing window of only 2hrs every Friday on the property is ridiculous.
