GoogleI feel compelled to write a review and leave only 1 star as unfortunately this lettings agency doesn’t return your calls and doesn’t have the common decency to contact you if your application hasn’t been successful. You have to find out for yourself on Rightmove. As someone who has worked in the industry, this is bad form. Also I felt rushed around the viewing. Do better.

Dear Nicole, as the owner of Martin & Co Yeovil this review makes me hang my head in extreme disappointment. I built my business based on excellent customer service and to hear that you have been let down so badly on this front makes me very sad and upset. Rest assured I will be speaking with my staff and ensuring that re-training is given to bring standards back up. Emma Higgins.

GoogleFirst time looking to rent in Yeovil and Erin was really helpful, offering really good info about what it's like to live there and the characteristics of the neighbourhood. She was also brilliant at slotting me in for a new viewing at the last minute!!

FacebookOur time with Martin & Co Yeovil was great, good communication throughout the tenancy and friendly staff. Erin even tried to help us find a new property when our tenancy was cut short for circumstances out of their control! Highly recommend.

TrustpilotAbsolutely amazing service from Caro
Absolutely amazing service from Caro at Martin & co totally went above and beyond by assisting us with solicitors, she worked tirelessly after hours to get things over the line and I will always be grateful for her assistance. Absolute asset to the business. Thank you very much

FacebookAbsolutely useless! Reported a broken window 3 days ago and apparently it’s considered an emergency, according to you... first ignored when reported the smoke alarm needing attention and now this. The open keeps opening like crazy, especially when it’s as windy as today! No respect for anybody when it comes to help. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
Agent replied · 30 April 2023
Dear Bart, sorry to see your comment above. Your Property Manager is fully aware of the issue with the window and your landlord was informed immediately after you reported it to us. We are arranging for a repair as quickly as possible, taking into account availability of contractors over the weekend. The matter is in hand.
