GoogleVery difficult to even arrange a viewing with let alone the agent who dose the viewing for you actually seeming interested. How they manage to rent properties out to anyone is beyond me. Rude staff and don't bother to respond to emails either

GoogleI reported a problem with the hot water supply at a property managed by this office at 4.30 in the afternoon. This was dealt with by Inge Cooper and by 5.15 a plumber was on site restoring the water. I would like to especially praise Inga for her professional and friendly attitude whilst dealing with this, and the excellent follow up to ensure that all was well.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

FacebookAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Robbing buggers, lost £300 through not fault of my own.Only did half a job but expected 100% of the money. Will be telling friends, family and people in the street to avoid this JOKE of an estate agents !

Dear Ms Lister, We are aware that you have made complaints against the last 3 sets of tenants who have lived in the property next door to you over a period of several years, which we manage. All of whom have made counter-complaints against you for harassment. This matter is being taken further with the local authorities. We will also be reporting you to Google for unwarranted defamation of our business. Any further negative reviews will similarly be reported.

We have been tenants of a property managed by Martin & Co Yeovil for many years. Throughout we have found them to be extremely helpful and reactive to all issues raised. They have shown professionalism at all times. We are now moving on for personal reasons and just hope that whoever we deal with in the future are as good as this company.
