We have been renting our property as landlords for 17 years. We inherited Martin and Co in the latter years. The service has improved from strength to strength. When we decided to sell the property they were very helpful recommending trades and actioning them for us, considering we lived quite some distance from Yeovil.

Dear Piotr, We are sorry that you feel this way. We believe that you are referring to the process of applications to one of our flats for let. At present we are overwhelmed by applications for every property that goes onto the market and all applications are put forward to the landlord. FacebookNothing worth recommending here if you are a tenant. Be very aware of your rights regarding your deposit and be prepared to go to arbitration if you need too. After private renting for 20 years this shower were by far the worst I have ever dealt with. There are plenty of agencies out there that are far better.

GoogleI cannot recommend Martin & Co highly enough. Martin Jacobs dealt with me and the purchase of my very first home and he was nothing but patient, knowledgeable & helpful. Everything he could do to help with the smooth transaction of the sale he did and always stayed in touch, making me feel at ease. I will definitely use them again in the future.

FacebookMy daughter and her partner had a viewing on a property with Erin from the Yeovil office recently and were very interested. After calling on several occasions and leaving messages for Erin and emailing they have had no response. Even other people they have spoken to have been unhelpful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!
