GoogleI'm so pleased to by Martin and Co Yeovil. They're the best team I've ever met! Especially Hannah and Inge always helped me during my letting and tenancy periods.They're absolutelly awesome ! İf you have an issue, just send an email or call them then you'll see everything is going to be solved as soon as possible by them ! Quickly and kindest responding emails, to solve issues as soon as they can, great communication and lots of lovely things which you expecting from agencies. GoogleWe were very pleased with the excellent service we received from Emma and her team when we decided to sell our rental property. In dealing with the exit of the tenants, then with marketing the house and securing a purchaser within the month , as we live abroad we were dealing with everything by e.mail and Emma was able to resolve a number of potential hold ups as they arose to see us to a smooth Exchange and Completion. We would highly recommend Emma and her team at Martin & Co., Yeovil

They've always been polite and helpful, and always returned calls and emails in a sensible amount of time. We're moving away from Yeovil now and the process of getting our deposit back has also been frictionless. I can only hope that our new agents will be as helpful as Jen, Inge, Andy and Emma have been

GoogleWe were told our house in Runnymede was going to sell quick and believe me it did! The day before it officially got listed. It unfortunately fell through but Ethan was already on the case and had it ready to be relisted. Within 48hrs it was sold! 4 months from us popping our heads in to being in our new place! Ethan was fantastic, constantly keeping us updated, speaking to the solicitors and the buyers. He couldn’t have been any more efficient!!

Absalotly terrible I'm realy warning anyone thinking of going with this estate agent thay canceld my veiwng and then tried to cover it up by saying thay sent an email to me when i have proof thay did not then to cover them selves thay sent the email straight after my complaint call I was looking fowerd to viewing a property and then without a fair viewing thay just canceld 1 hour before the viewing was to take place stay well clear please this company is awfull and very rude aswell especially one lady I'd recommend laceys or Ashfields as alternatives

GoogleWas an okay place to live however, that apartment needed alot of repairs doing. Was very cold for the winter last year and had to buy a heater, also the water was set on a timer making it difficult to shower at certain times, taking into consideration, finishing a night shift at 10am. Lastly, I was charged for cleaning when I moved out despite getting the place very nasty. I cleaned the best way I could before moving out.

Dear Ms Charles, we are disappointed that you have decided to give us a 1 star review. The shared house that you resided in has gas central heating and so was not cold during the winter. We managed the boiler breakdown (obviously not our fault, these things do happen) last year very efficiently and a new boiler was installed within days of the initial breakdown. You were provided with electric heaters whilst this took place. The reason you were charged a small amount for cleaning (£54) was because you left the room in a much dirtier state than when you moved in. Your tenancy agreement states that you should leave the property in the same state of cleanliness. At all times all staff here have been courteous and pleasant towards you and any charges were fully explained and you were given the opportunity to dispute if you had wanted to. You accepted the cleaning charges without argument. Nevertheless, if you feel that you had a bad experience renting through us we do apologise and take your comments into account. FacebookAbsolutely horrendous. So unhelpful and clearly didn’t want our custom. I wouldn’t recommend and I will be taking it further. Erin was on her phone through our viewing completely uninterested in us and continued to not bother to get back to us for almost a week. I understand in the current situation that less people are at work, but if you can’t continue to give a good level of service then don’t keep yourselves open.

GoogleWe purchased a flat through Martin & Co Yeovil. Caro Paine couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. She was extremely proactive in getting the sale through and straight on sorting out any little problems that popped up. Her communication has been brilliant, so we were always in the know about where we were in the timeline of the purchase. We would not hesitate to use Martin & Co again, perhaps some of the other estate agents could take a leaf out of their book!!
