TrustpilotSelling my mum’s bungalow
The residential sales team, under the management of Caro since July 2023, were most professional in the selling of my mum’s bungalow. They were tenacious in their commitment, on our behalf, to progress the sale through exchange toward completion. No request from us as the sellers was too much trouble in their liaison with the buyers and their solicitors - in particular when there were the inevitable delays and what seemed like periods of “no-action”. We would therefore highly commend the services of Caro and her team.

GoogleI've recently purchased a property through Martin & Co. Despite the transaction having it's challenges, Caro the sales manager was really helpful throughout. It was always easy to get hold of her, and she did her utmost to see the purchase through to completion. If I needed to sell a property in the area, I'd be going straight to Caro!
Hi James, we are so pleased that Caro was able to help you with your property purchase. Thank you for your support.

GoogleCaro Paine in the Yeovil branch is the best estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Caro is professional, personable and highly efficient. Caro went above and beyond in order to complete our purchase in record time of just 4 weeks. The process was smooth and stress free and we felt confident we were in good hands from start to finish. I would highly recommend Caro if you are looking to sell or buy a property. Having worked with other estate agents over the years we would not not want to use anyone else.

GoogleHad two guys come and do our fence panels due to it being a safety concern for our sausage dog escaping into the neighbours garden. Came out very quickly and provided excellent service - even cut the grass for us. They went above and beyond then what was expected, we are really pleased with their service.

GoogleIn the middle of COVID, Returning from France to live back in the uk was a night mare, we emailed and talked to over 50 estate agents around Dorset and over the border into Somerset. Every call and every email, sorry we are closed or we cannot help you until the lock down has finished and then a very positive young lady called Erin from Martins Estate agent in Yeovil came to our rescue. We had never rented before. Nothing was to much trouble, yes we can help, yes someone can view for you, all the paperwork can be done on line. Terrific service, Erin guided us through the paper work , legal and financial. Arranged a starting date and assured us if we had a problem travelling from France they could change the dates to suit. Also arranged for the keys to be collected by a family member Once we were in made contact to make sure we were ok. From the get go if we had a concern it was sorted, Martins Team worked with us and the landlord to ensure that any job small or large was taken care of. From a wasp nest to fitting new patio doors . After 2years and 6 months we have decided to move to our own property. Notification to terminate our Tenancy was dealt with in the most professional manner from how to leave the property handing over the keys and getting our deposit back . Any landlord or Tennant should look no further than Martins Estate agents in Yeovil for a professional agent to let or rent property. We will sadly miss the whole team and thank them for such a smooth journey through the property letting Thanks Team you are brilliant. Jean and Tony Murrell
