GoogleI have been incredibly pleased with the professionalism, level of assistance, and speed that Hunters operates at. Ben in particular has gone above and beyond in assisting my many questions I had upon moving into a new property. Him and the rest of the team genuinely make me feel like I'm in good hands. It's overall been a reliving experience with how rough the rental market can be today.

GoogleI had the most awful experience with this estate agents. Yes sold my house fast but their ability to manage the process after this was disgraceful. My buyers were sending emails trying to resolve issues which were never shared with me. This lead to them pulling out at the last hurdle so hence I incurred full solicitors costs. The worse things was it caused horrendous stress and anxiety. Do not choose them .

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. Your sale fell through because your buyers solicitor asked for certification for the loft room which at the time you were unable / unwilling to provide. We as you know with your instruction tried to persuade them to proceed without but ultimately they decided to follow the advice from their solicitor. I very much regret that you feel this way but we did everything we possibly could to keep the sale together and at no point did we hold information from you. GoogleWe asked Hunters if they could provide us with a house valuation as we were looking to move quickly. Owner David arrived the next day and managed to photograph, list, arrange viewings and agree a sale within 5 days! I would highly recommend them to sell your house.

GoogleDavid and team have been great, they sold the house within a week of it being online - the board went up on Thursday and was sold by Saturday!! David's expertise helped us get a better price than other agents had valued the property at.

GoogleJust a quick note to say a big “thank you” to you and your team for all of your help with the sale of my Mum and Dad’s house. The whole experience has been great, from the initial preparation of the particulars to the way that the viewings were organised and communicated. In particular, Claire in after sales was a real star who I turned to on many occasions when I needed a voice of reason. I appreciate that it’s all in a day’s work for her, but as someone who has only sold one house before in their life it’s not a particularly familiar process for me! The guidance and help that Claire provided was great and it certainly helped keep the sale on track even when things seemed to be moving at a snail’s pace. She’s a real asset to the team and a credit to Hunters. Once again, my sincere thanks to everyone for a job well done!

GoogleVery disappointed! Started well but soon lost momentum. After changing to a different estate agent I had 3 viewings and one had been tying to view my house for a month with Hunters. I had to request my key several times. I get the feeling they want to sell your house but don’t want to put the effort in!

Hi Steph, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you weren't happy with the service you'd received from us. While you were on the market with us we arranged 15 viewings for you and gave you feedback along the way. I also unsuccessfully made attempts to arrange a home visit marketing review to discuss what we could do to get you sold. Remember, as this is my own business it is of no benefit to having your property sat on the market. I would also add that had someone enquired to view your property, I have absolutely no doubt that we would have made every attempt to get it booked in. Why wouldn’t we? I do thank you for your feedback though and if there are lessons to be leant, we will learn from them. GoogleFrom reading other reviews experiences with the sales team of this branch seem to be great. Unfortunately I can’t say the same from the lettings team. We got in touch on the day a letting was added to Rightmove and contacted them repeatedly to request a viewing. We were told they were waiting for the tenants to get in touch to confirm availability. One week later we were contacted for a viewing the next day. What clearly was their intention from the start was to run an open house and the member of staff we saw on the day of viewing had shown 7 people round the property in less than an hour. This is fair enough, but just be honest with people that this is the process as from that moment it was obviously going to be a waste of time. We submitted an application the next working day with no confirmation of receipt and over a week later have concluded that this won’t progress. Having followed up several times we were told the landlord was still making a decision but after 5 days it is clear that this can’t be true. In a fast moving rental market, agencies clearly have the upper hand but this agency does not compare well to others in the area in terms of communication, transparency and general customer service. I felt like I had gone back 10 years.

GoogleExcellent service all round. David in particular personally oversaw a tricky set of negotiations on both the buying and selling side to make sale and purchase happen. Wouldn't have happened without him..."here to get you there" indeed. And all done in four weeks, from photos to accepted offer.
