There was one person who made my experience at Hunters a great one. It was Clare Hunter, she was amazing. Her friendly, engaging style was always consistent as was her communication. She made me feel confident my sale, which was long and challenging would be successful. She pulled all the thread’s together towards the end of the sales process and was always motivational & driving for a good result. Without her my Hunters experience would have been average to poor but she saved the day for them. Thank you Clare & I would recommend Hunters because of her.

From the initial discussion, through to marketing our property and our onward purchase, Hunters were able to arrange multiple viewings and secure a number of offers, giving us some good scope to decide. Our onward purchase was also managed by Hunters and with the support of Sally & Kim throughout, made us feel at ease, despite a number of obstacles that come with moving home. David was very helpful, friendly and took the time to understand our key priorities and deliver exactly what we wanted. They even offered their premium package with professional photos for no extra charge - and what a result! Within 3 days we had 8 viewings booked, and the second lot of people that came round, offered full asking price. As I was heavily pregnant at the time and we were in the process of moving hundreds of miles, it could have been a very stressful experience, but the Hunters team were absolutely fantastic and made everything as simple and straightforward as you could wish for. I used their recommended conveyancing service with the online portal and despite having no previous experience of handling that sort of thing, I found it very intuitive and easy to use so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The team at Hunters have helped us get our house on the market and sold with in a week, during a Pandemic. We can’t believe how quickly and efficiently this has all been handled given the current challenges we are all facing. They have worked really hard to provide a safe experience during the current crazy time - the 3D virtual tour is a brilliant feature that we feel enabled people to make sure they were serious before coming to view the house in person which has proved hugely beneficial at this time when we all want contact with as few people as possible. We recently instructed Hunters to sell our home . David Metcalfe ( Branch Owner) visited us at our home and was extremely knowledgeable about current market trends and what price would be a sensible starting point for a sale. He then instructed a photographer who was fabulous and literally knew exactly how to promote the property at its best. Particulars were written and a glossy brochure produced. In addition to this David's competent sales team started proactively promoting the property to their data base. The result? We had an influx of interest and an agreed sale within 4 weeks. As with all sales, there were some unpredictable difficulties during the process but this actually is where David showed his true professionalism. He followed the sale process through, aided by very competent Tom in the office and we received an absolutely fantastic, personal caring service. I have brought and sold many houses over the years, but can honestly say that the team at Hunters at Yeadon deserve the success they have due to their quite exceptional care and service. If you are considering selling a property in the area I would not hesitate to highly recommend. Moving house is a stressful experience, Hunters recognize this and go the extra mile to ease the process. I wish David and the team a very successful 2020, they deserve it!
