GoogleWe used Andrews for our recent sale, it took longer than expected but the service from all an Andrews was excellent. Michelle and Tom in particular, hopefully we don’t move again but if we do we will use Andrews!

GoogleThe female staff treated me well and listened empathetically to my ramblings. Initially, under the men the sales approach seemed to be - do little, lower the price and some one will want it. Under female management, a proactive approach with good feedback. However, if I had any complaint it would be this. Because you have a buyer it does not mean that every conversation should be vocalised in a protective manner of the buyer, and by placing the seller in a secondary position, I can honestly say, makes the seller feel like the problem. I did not like that feeling. On the whole a good experience with the right enthusiasm and professionalism.

GoogleBeing a first time buyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions that I wanted to get a really in depth set of answers on. Andrews in Yate supported me and were there through the entire process. Having experienced a mortgage consultation with Nick, I could not recommend him more, I felt confident and comfortable in using his service further. The team at Andrews are so friendly and understanding of everyones positions and each viewing I attended they were punctual, informative and kind. GoogleDuring a fairly testing move where we had to break our chain and use separate conveyancers for buying and selling Linda at Andrews was able to keep dialogue and information flowing to all parties. Andrews wasn't our estate agents but we were glad we were purchasing from their client. We would certainly use them if we are ever to move again as communication can be challenging with solicitors; in this respect they were ahead of everyone else in our chain.

Without reservation the Yate team along with many of the other Andrew’s branches are a pleasure to work with. All of my dealings with these property professionals have been positive, respectful, well organised and fun. The teams are extraordinarily knowledgable on legislation and compliance yet retain very down to earth people skills.
