GoogleI have already recommend andrews to friends as we found them very helpful, especially Dominique who was our sales advisor. She kept us updated though out and i really felt she was very caring and not just to get commission like other estate agents we've dealt with before. She went above and beyond quite a few times and thank her very much! The only thing is we couldn't get though very often on the sales landline but i did have Dominiques direct line which helped alot.

GoogleDominique and Charlotte were brilliant along with the other members of staff involved in the sale and admin work. They were always available to take my calls abs respond to any emails efficiently. Very knowledgeable about the area where my property was meaning they were able to sell the house quickly for the best price by highlighting all of its best selling points. My house sold within Two weeks of being on the snarked and within the first week of being on the market we already had around 3-5 viewings.

GoogleMyself and my partner have recently had an offer accepted on our first house. We have both had the pleasure of meeting Hannah who showed us around the property on more than one occasion. She was very helpful with answering any questions and gave us plenty of time to look around. Being first time buyers we were unsure of the different procedures but Hannah and the team have taken the time to guide us through step by step. GoogleWe were very happy with all aspects of Andrews Yate Office involvement with our house sale. We were not able to move forward as we would have liked but we cannot fault the staff at this Yate office especially Branch Manager Charlotte Sowden who went out of her way to help us, communicated so well throughout and looked after our interests ethically at all times. And thanks as well to Dominique Evans and Linda Townsley who were also helpful and totally professional. We will have no hesitation is using Andrews again in the future.

GoogleI’ve just sold my flat with Andrews after one viewing, after previously being on the market with another local estate agent for 6 months with no offers. I wish I had used them sooner!! Dominique and Tom have been so professional and friendly, I really felt that they took the time to understand my needs and keep me updated from initially putting the flat on the market, having photos taken, organising the viewing and negotiating the offer. I felt that they really tried to proactively sell my flat too. If you are looking for an estate agent in Yate then I recommend them 100%! I couldn’t be happier. *Update - This sale proved to be a very slow and painful one, however Stewart and Dominique have done all they can to ensure it went through, at times going above and beyond. What a fantastic team!

Right from the start we've had an honest, friendly, professional and efficient approach from Dominique, Tom and Stewart. They were patient with our viewings and considerate of our situation selling with a newborn. They supported us throughout the process, even when things didn't go quite to plan, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. GoogleFirst class from start to finish. I had a lengthy drawn out sale because someone in the chain pulled out 2 days before completion but Andrews were absolutely brilliant sorting and selling my house virtually straight away, they sorted everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Wonderful staff always available if I had a concern, nothing was ever too much trouble. Charlotte was brilliant going through everything with me and Leyla was fabulous with viewings but a real special mention must go to Linda Townsley, Brilliant customer service

GoogleNathan is without a doubt, THE most arrogant and rude man I have ever met. He met my partner and I at the house for a viewing, and for the entire duration he treated us as though we were a waste of his time. Not to mention he knew nothing at all about the property. The entire visit was a balance between him responding in a blunt, rude tone to our questions, and staring at his iPhone. His pompous attitude, coupled with his complete lack of etiquette and social-awareness has me amazed that any company wants to keep him around. Thankfully, his behaviour pushed us to decide that there was no way Andrews were getting our business and we ended up with Bundy & Bond who were perfect and fantastic from the start until the very end - Nathan could learn a great deal from Mary and her team.

GoogleWe used Andrew's to sell our property at the end of last year. Immediately they had viewings and it sold straight away. Dominique was brilliant. Positive but realistic which we liked. We hit a few bumps in the road but Charlotte's expertise and calm response really helped us not to make any rash decisions. Linda was also fantastic keeping us updated! We have finally moved now, and we would 100% use Andrew's again. Cant fault them.

GoogleRecently viewed and had an offer accepted on a property. The viewing process with Hannah was great and she was very approachable and engaging. We offered and heard back the same day! Since then, the communication has been very slow, it has taken more than 3 weeks to receive a memorandum of sale and for Andrews to engage with our solicitor. We are still waiting on this.
