GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the whole team at andrews yate. They are very efficient with excellent communication and very active in moving the sale along. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their mortgage service has made the process stress free. I would definitely use andrews yate again for any future sale or purchase. They are all extremely friendly.

Google4 stars because there's always room for improvement, but I have been very satisfied so far with our dealings with Andrews in Yate. The 3 other reviews seem to be rather unfair. We are buying a property through Andrews and they have been nothing but helpful so far. Nick, the mortgage advisor affiliated with Andrews, has been very friendly, approachable and willing to answer any silly questions we have had as first time buyers. Lisa, with whom we have had most dealings is also very friendly, quick to respond to any queries we have and also very helpful in chasing up any information which she does not know off-hand. Only good things to say so far - which is more than we can say for Let's Move in Emersons Green.

GoogleWe were very impressed with how fast the estate agent responded, especially making the most during lockdown earlier this year. It allowed us to move the sale process along quickly. We also used their Financial Advisor who we experienced to provide prompt, knowlegable, and friendly assistance. We are certainly not disappointed by the assistance received from personnel at Andrews as a whole and would both recommended and use them again. Thank you.

GoogleThe Team at Andrews of Yate have given us exemplary service as purchasers over what has been quite a protracted experience. We would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to others. I would say that in the day-to-day process of buying a house, they proved more knowledgeable, useful and proactive than our own Solicitor. A friendly and helpful office that kept us fully informed throughout. Thank you all.

GoogleOur mortgage advisor was brilliant. I haven't been through this process before, and he explained things clearly, made sure I knew what to expect and gave great advice. What had seemed complicated became manageable and straight forward, and he was able to secure us a good mortgage deal. He always responded to our questions quickly and went above and beyond to support us when issues arose along the way.

GoogleCharlotte looked after me from the get go and it was such a smooth sailing experience. She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. My house went on the market within 24 hours and was then sold with another 24. I would highly recommend Andrews Yate to anyone who wants to sell their property. GoogleI remember going to them as part of the house hunting process. They are not very professional and some of the agents really need to work on their customer services. Plus they will lie to you...I see properties for sale by them that are grossly over priced yet they tell the owners this is what it's worth...fraid not...check the address on Zoopla and you'll see what I mean. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleThe staff at the Yate office were quick and professional, took some excellent pictures and got my house on the market with a minimum of fuss. The recommended legal team were equally proficient. The house was advertised on the Monday and an offer very close to the asking price was accepted by the Friday. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks
